We have divided the viewer’s journey into three stages:
pre-watching, watching, and post-watching.
Pre-watching is defined as a viewer trying to find what to watch. Watching is defined as a viewer consuming the selected content. Lastly, post-watching is defined as a viewer who has just finished watching something.
In this three-part report, we focus on the journey that a viewer goes through as they consume content.
Our aim is to better understand what consumers' frustrations are and what is needed to maximize entertainment value for them.
